What Will It Entail?

Our spooky sweat session will cover three key fitness elements — strength, cardio and mobility. Each section is carefully designed and led by expert trainer Celeste Chamaa to work your entire body, improve your fitness and leave you feeling energized.

Strength

In the strength portion, you’ll focus on building muscle through resistance training exercises. Movements like push-ups, cossack squats, lunge-to-press and Romanian deadlifts will challenge your muscles and increase your endurance.

Strength training helps tone your body, increase metabolism and build functional strength for everyday activities. By incorporating it into your routine regularly, you can improve bone density and reduce the risk of injury.

Cardio

This section will get your heart racing and help you torch calories. Expect squat jumps and ice skaters to get your blood pumping and enhance cardiovascular health.

Cardio not only burns calories but also improves heart health and overall stamina. It’s a great way to reduce stress, boost your mood and give you that post-workout high.

Mobility

Finally, we’ll work on mobility as part of the warm-up and cool-down. You’ll perform movements like thread the needle, cobra and toe reaches to increase your range of motion and prevent stiffness. These stretches are a great way to ensure your joints stay flexible and strong, while relieving any built-up tension you may have in your muscles.

Improving mobility enhances flexibility, reduces pain and allows you to move more efficiently. It’s the perfect way to cool down and recover from the more intense parts of the workout.

Why Workout With a Community?

Working out on your own is great, but there’s something special about sweating it out with a group. And what better time to join a community than during a spooky sweat session? Here’s why attending a fitness class and being part of a workout community can elevate your fitness journey:

Motivation and Accountability

The energy is contagious in a group setting. You’ll be surrounded by others who are pushing themselves, which motivates you to keep going — even when you feel like giving up. Plus, knowing others are expecting you there makes it harder to skip a workout.

Fun and Social Connection

Exercising with others is more fun. You get to meet new people, share laughs and celebrate smashing your workouts together. Building social connections through fitness makes working out something to look forward to, not just another item on your to-do list.

Guidance and Support

Instructors are there to provide expert guidance, ensuring you perform movements correctly and safely. You’ll also get encouragement from your peers, creating a more positive environment that helps you push past your limits.

Variety and Structure

Classes offer a structured workout that balances all the key fitness elements — strength, cardio and mobility — without needing to plan a thing. You’ll be introduced to new exercises, keeping things fresh and exciting.

Come Prepared

To make the most of our spooky sweat session, it’s important to arrive prepared. Here are a few tips to help you have a fang-tastic time:

  • Stay hydrated: You should consume at least 64 ounces of water each day for optimum hydration. Bring a water bottle and take sips through the workout to keep your energy up and avoid turning into a workout zombie by the end.

  • Dress for success: Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Whether that’s leggings or shorts — make sure your outfit won’t slow you down during those jump squats.

  • Arrive early: While the event only starts at 10 a.m., make sure you get there 10-15 minutes early to settle in and meet other fitness lovers. Arriving early also helps you grab a good spot, so you’re ready when the sweat session kicks off.

  • Fuel up beforehand: Make sure to eat a light, healthy snack about 30 minutes to an hour before the workout. This energy will help you power through the session.

  • Bring a friend: Grab a friend or two to join in on the spooky fun. Plus, if you’re a current client, you won’t miss out on that referral bonus!
