Trainer: Alyse Kelly

Huge shout out and thank you to our April Trainer of the Month, Alyse! She has been a top performing trainer at our studio for the last six years and we are so grateful to have her on our team.

Alyse's experience and expertise is incredible, as she brings close to 20 years of coaching clients to the table. She has helped hundreds of clients achieve a variety of goals like weight loss, improving flexibility, mobility, and recovering from injuries.


She specializes in helping clients recover from injuries, gain mobility, and improve their balance and joint health. She holds multiple certifications including ACE Medical Exercise Specialist, and has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas.


Alyse genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of her clients, which leads to them getting fantastic results. Here is what just a few of her clients have said
