My name is Chris "Protein" Leach, and I am certified as a personal trainer and hold specializations in nutrition and weight loss. I also have experience competing in Men's Physique. When I am not training clients, working on my gym, or squeezing a workout in, I like to challenge my brain with poker strategy.
Fitness has shaped who I am and dramatically changed my life for the better, and I am dedicated to helping others accomplish their fitness goals. I can help you with fat loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, and increasing energy and feeling better. I especially love to working with clients on creating (and maintaining) significant body transformations.
I have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer in Austin and love helping people to get in better health and shape. I have worked with a variety of clients from busy moms, to fitness competitors, to business owners. I focus on creating healthy lifestyle changes for my clients so that they get great results that are maintainable longterm.
